Selling soon?

A show-ready home, without the scramble.

Listing Ready is a whole-home preparation plan built around your photography date, your property, and the move ahead.

A calmer way to prepare

Selling already has enough moving parts.

Packing up a life, making decisions, coordinating with an agent, and planning what comes next can consume every bit of attention.

Keep takes responsibility for the whole preparation plan so you do not have to diagnose every room and surface, hire several providers, or wonder whether the property will be ready when the camera arrives.

Better questions, better preparation

Not every improvement deserves your time or money.

Keep looks for the work that can change the way the property reads online and in person, while being direct about what should wait or go to a licensed specialist.

  1. 01

What will be most visible in the listing photographs?

  2. 02

What might suggest that care has been deferred?

  3. 03

What can improve meaningfully through cleaning, clearing, or a small cosmetic refresh?

  4. 04

What needs a licensed specialist rather than preparation work?

  5. 05

What can responsibly wait until after the sale?

Why preparation pays

The market meets the home before you do.

Buyers form their first opinion from the photographs and refine it during the showing. Preparation is one of the parts of a sale you can control.

Listing Ready exists to improve what buyers see when that window opens, without turning the home into an unnecessary renovation project.

The result that matters

The goal, on every project: when the sale is behind you, the preparation is the part you barely remember.

Good to know

Clear answers before the plan begins.

See all questions
Does Listing Ready include every service?

No. The assessment identifies the work that is likely to improve presentation and what can responsibly wait. The approved scope is specific to the property.

Can you work with my listing agent?

Yes. Keep can coordinate access, deadlines, and completion updates directly with your agent while keeping you informed.

How is pricing set?

Listing Ready is quoted as a flat project price after the assessment. You approve the written scope, price, and committed photo-ready date before work begins.

What if cleaning reveals damage?

Preparation is not an inspection and cannot correct every condition. If work reveals damage or something outside Keep's scope, it is documented and brought to you promptly.

Do I need to be at the property?

No. Keep can work through documented lockbox access and provide photo updates, which is especially useful for vacant homes and out-of-state owners.

Do you do the work yourselves?

Keep is owner-operated. Castle completes the work that falls within Keep's current scope. Licensed repairs are left for the owner to place with the appropriate licensed contractor. Either way, the preparation plan stays clear about responsibilities and timing.
