Why this work
Keep began with a move close to home.
When my sister sold her house, she was carrying everything at once: packing years of memories, managing logistics, preparing the property, and deciding what needed attention before it reached the market.
I stepped in to manage the packing, cleaning, and property preparation. With that burden removed, she could focus on where she was going instead of everything required to leave. That experience clarified the purpose behind Keep. A move already asks enough of its owner. Preparing the home should be one less thing to carry.
Keep is owner-operated. I complete the work within my scope directly and keep responsibilities clear when something belongs with a licensed trade. Every project begins with a written scope, a flat price, and a photo-ready date committed in writing.
